Newborn Care Specialist

Lactation Educator
Also known as a LE or CLE

Human milk educator's experience and education matters. Many programs offer a variable amount of inclusive and research-based curriculum.

Certified Postpartum Doula requires 18 teacher contact hours, client hours, client and professional references, ability to pass multiple exams, read many additional approved books, attend support groups meetings, and much more

Child Passenger Safety Technician 

Also known as a (CPST) or CPS Technician

To learn more about CPS technician's training requirements click here 

CPST's use their considerable knowledge and expertise at a variety of community-based activities, such as child safety seat checks, where parents and caregivers receive education and hands-on assistance. CPS technicians and instructors also keep up to date on the latest technical information about child passenger safety through seminars and other continuing education opportunities.

Learn to establish or improve, an early childhood learning environment using principles selected from classes, assess children’s skills and behavior based on developmentally appropriate practices, and critique organization and implementation of classroom processes in an early learning setting.
